Water Flap Gate

Mechanical cylinder movement water flap gate for water level control and flood protection.
Gate position is measured by absolute underwater rotary position sensor for gate angle or cylinder built-in heavy-duty linear position sensor for cylinder linear travel length.
IRS heavy-duty and smart linear position sensor should be installed inside of underwater hydrauluc cylinder with Max.120 ℃ and IP67 level.

Converting industry is that specialize in combining raw materials such as plastics, rubbers, adhesives and metals, as well as other materials, to create new products. Materials such as plastic film, paper, foil and cloth often are produced in long, continuous sheets that are rolled up for more convenient handling. Typical converting processes are coating, laminating and printing. Many converting companies will process large diameter, wide rolls of material as this increases the converting efficiency by minimizing changes. On completion of the converting process the rolls are cut into smaller rolls on a slitting machine. Such a big story that is currently proposed is explosion proof with higher durability sensor at converting industry because of its harsh environment involves a lot of explosion risk. Sulfuration is major industrial chemical processes used to make a diverse range of products, including rubber and tire. However, it is often pointed out that this chemical action is one major cause of electrical parts damage. NSD’s anti-sulfuration solution, R Series, is designed to help increase the reliability of tire making industry in sulfuric or contaminated environment. Since our customers started to use R Series, the initial failure almost is not reported yet.
